Insight Global is seeking a  Customer Care Specialist for a leading financial services client. This candidate will join a high-volume contact center environment focused on delivering exceptional customer service and resolving customer inquiries efficiently. The ideal candidate is comfortable handling inbound calls, navigating multiple systems, and solving problems in a fast-paced, metrics-driven setting. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, sound decision-making, and the ability to provide accurate resolutions while maintaining a customer-first mindset. Must-Haves:

• 1-3+ years of customer service or call center experience
• Exposure to banking, financial services, or other regulated environments
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle high-volume inbound calls
• Experience multitasking and navigating multiple systems simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to independently resolve customer issues and know when to escalate
• Quick learner with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, self-motivated, and customer-focused

Plusses:

• Direct banking or financial services call center experience
• Teller, branch banking, or financial operations background
• Experience working in metrics-driven environments (SLAs, KPIs, AHT, etc.)
• Ability to manage escalated or complex customer interactions
• Experience identifying customer needs and generating referrals or additional service opportunities

Day-to-Day:

• Handle a high volume of inbound customer service calls
• Research and resolve customer inquiries across multiple internal systems
• Deliver a positive customer experience while maintaining professionalism
• Take ownership of customer issues from initial contact through resolution
• Exercise sound judgment to determine the best customer outcome
• Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions
• Meet established service-level agreements and performance metrics
• Escalate complex issues when appropriate
• Maintain compliance with banking and regulatory requirements
• Navigate multiple applications and databases simultaneously
