Clinical Nurse Coordinator

In this leadership role, you will coordinate high-acuity neonatal care, support bedside nurses, and collaborate with neonatologists and an interdisciplinary team. Responsibilities include supervising daily clinical operations, monitoring outcomes, guiding evidence-based practice, and ensuring regulatory and safety compliance. You will mentor staff, support family education, and contribute to quality improvement.
