This Level II facility provides vascular surgery services across both inpatient and outpatient clinic settings. The facility utilizes the EPIC EMR system for patient documentation and maintains the clinical infrastructure necessary to support locum tenens coverage. Clinicians joining this setting will find established protocols and support resources in place to facilitate continuity of care.

The area surrounding this Wisconsin facility offers a range of attractions suited to varied interests. Heritage Hill State Park and the National Railroad Museum provide opportunities for outdoor exploration and historical engagement. Local breweries and unique entertainment venues, along with regional options for water sports, hiking, and biking, extend the range of activities available during time off.

Clinicians will provide vascular surgery coverage across inpatient and outpatient clinic settings, Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, on a 3-weeks-on, 3-weeks-off rotation. Clinicians will manage an average of 15 patients per day, including approximately 5 inpatient post-operative patients. Call responsibilities include 1 day of call per week and weekend call on a 1:4 rotation. Documentation is to be completed using the EPIC EMR system, and an active Wisconsin state license and DEA registration are required.
