Benefits and Payroll Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Benefits & Payroll Administrator to support employee benefits, payroll administration, leave management, and HR operations. This position will work closely with employees and HR leadership to ensure accurate payroll and benefits processing while maintaining compliance and confidentiality. Key Responsibilities Administer employee benefit enrollments, changes, and terminations Support benefits eligibility, employee questions, and new-hire benefits orientation Coordinate benefits billing, reconciliations, and annual open enrollment Assist with bi-weekly and off-cycle payroll processing Review timekeeping, wages, deductions, and payroll reports for accuracy Maintain payroll and employee information within the HRIS/HCM system Support year-end payroll activities, including W-2 processing Manage leave and absence programs, including FMLA/PFML, COBRA, Workers' Compensation, and STD/LTD Ensure compliance with applicable payroll, benefits, and employment regulations Assist with HR projects, audits, reporting, and employee communications Qualifications 5+ years of benefits administration experience Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered Experience with payroll administration and HRIS/HCM systems Strong knowledge of benefits, leave administration, and wage/hour regulations Experience with open enrollment, vendor management, and benefits compliance Manufacturing environment experience preferred Excellent communication, organization, and confidentiality skills Schedule: Full-time, onsite, Monday-Friday.
