Territory Sales Manager – Industrial Services Cincinnati & Northern Kentucky down through to Louisville We’re partnering with one of North America’s leading industrial power and electromechanical service businesses to appoint a Territory Sales Manager within its growing service division. This is a field-based sales role offering a competitive base salary + uncapped commission, with the opportunity to take ownership of a territory, develop new business and grow an established customer base. The Role: You’ll work directly with industrial customers to develop opportunities across electromechanical repair, rotating equipment, field services and wider power-management solutions. You’ll be responsible for: Winning new customers and developing your territory Growing and expanding existing accounts Building relationships with maintenance, operations, engineering and plant leadership Identifying opportunities across repair, maintenance and field services Managing your own pipeline and commercial activity Working closely with technical and operational teams to deliver customer solutions What We're Looking For: We’re interested in commercially driven people with experience in industrial sales, account management or business development. Experience across electric motors, rotating equipment, electromechanical services, pumps, industrial maintenance, field services or related industrial equipment would be particularly relevant. You’ll need to be proactive, comfortable developing new business and motivated by the opportunity to directly benefit from the revenue you generate.
