Finance Manager (Onsite - Plano, TX)

Role & Responsibilities Oversee revenue and profit analysis, identifying trends and providing strategic insights. Develop and manage 3–9 month business forecasts, including detailed projections of MX device sales quantities, wholesale prices, COGS, and overhead expenses. Lead month‑end closing processes, ensuring accurate revenue/COGS recognition and expense allocation. Prepare comprehensive financial reports for management, highlighting key drivers of financial results and offering recommendations for improvement. Manage department budget and forecasting, enhancing accuracy through exploration of AI tools. Monitor financial trends and expenditures, identifying cost‑saving opportunities with the help of AI. Collaborate with sales and SCM teams to prepare channel inventory and inventory aging reports. Support competitive analysis and market share monitoring to provide insights for internal discussions. Participate in business updates with sales teams and assist in preparing weekly Mobile business updates. Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA preferred. 4–7+ years of experience in finance or a similar role. Strong leadership and managerial skills. Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and reporting tools. Experience with SAP Controlling (CO) module. Familiarity with AI tools for financial analysis is a plus. Excellent analytical, communication, and team management skills.
