Position Summary

The Dialysis Registered Nurse is a professional RN and clinical resource responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care within the Dialysis Unit . The RN provides care based on the patient's age and clinical needs while working collaboratively with the healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized dialysis-related plans of care.
• Evaluate patient responses and outcomes throughout treatment.
• Provide direct nursing care to patients in the Dialysis Unit.
• Apply appropriate nursing judgment based on patient age and condition.
• Monitor patients for changes in condition and respond appropriately.
• Communicate patient status and care needs with the interdisciplinary healthcare team.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation.
• Follow facility policies, nursing standards, and established procedures.

Traveler Requirement

Montana in-state travelers will not be accepted unless they reside more than 250 miles from the facility.
