Priority Qualifications:
- *Patient / Customer Service Oriented

- *Authentic desire to assist patients with ordering glasses and contact lenses
- *Team-oriented ability to work with Doctors, Technicians and Accounting staff to provide an exceptional quality of patient care
- *Experience in Medical or Eye Care Industry;

Duties:
- Assisting patients with ordering of glasses and contact lenses
- Selecting frames and lenses that best suit the patient's prescription and lifestyle
- Providing instruction for contact lens insertion and removal
- Assisting patients to utilize eligible insurance to the patient's benefit
- Working with Doctors, Technicians and Accounting Department to provide patients with quality care
Attributes:
- Must be personable, professional, a self-starter and a problem solver
- Must have reliable transportation and be able to work as agreed upon
- Organization and the ability to multi-task is essential
- Ability to travel between offices- travel may be required
