Your Role: In-Home Roofing Sales Consultant

This is not just another sales job—you’ll be the driving force behind revenue and growth .

You’ll:

• Generate leads through door-to-door prospecting and networking

• Meet with homeowners for in-home consultations

• Build trust and identify roofing and exterior needs

• Present solutions and close high-value deals

• Manage your pipeline from first contact to signed contract

What You’ll Do

• Prospect neighborhoods and generate new opportunities (D2D focus)

• Conduct in-home consultations and roof assessments

• Present customized roofing solutions

• Handle objections and close deals confidently

• Build long-term relationships and referral opportunities

• Track activity and hit performance goals (KPIs)

What We’re Looking For

• Sales or door-to-door experience (required)

• Strong communication & presentation skills

• Positive, coachable mindset

• Proven ability (or strong desire) to close deals

• Goal-driven and self-motivated

• Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation

Compensation & Earnings

• 100% Commission-Based (Uncapped)

• Earnings Range: $50,000 – $350,000+ per year
