Job Title: Outside Sales Representative – Home Improvement

Target Earnings : $80K - $130K+

Benefits + 401K + PTO + Paid Holidays

Sales Focus Inc. is hiring Outside Sales Representative – Home Improvement to sell GH Windows services directly to homeowners.

This is a full-time W-2 position with base pay plus uncapped commission , offering strong earning potential and clear growth opportunities.

Compensation

Base pay + uncapped commission
On-Target Earnings: $80,000 – $130,000+
Bi-Weekly pay
Bonuses and incentives available

What You’ll Do

Speak with homeowners about GH Windows services
Educate customers on available solutions
Help homeowners select the right product
Generate leads, Close sales, and schedule installations

Requirements

Strong communication skills
Motivated and goal-oriented
Comfortable working in residential neighborhoods
Reliable transportation and valid drivers license

No prior sales experience required. Training provided.
