Job Title: Outside Sales Representative – Home Improvement

Target Earnings : $80K - $130K+

Sales Focus Inc. is hiring Outside Sales Representative – Home Improvement  to sell GH Windows services directly to homeowners.

This is a full-time W-2 position with base pay plus uncapped commission , offering strong earning potential and clear growth opportunities.

Compensation

• Base pay + uncapped commission
• On-Target Earnings: $80,000 – $130,000+
• Bi-Weekly pay
• Bonuses and incentives available

What You’ll Do

• Speak with homeowners about GH Windows services
• Educate customers on available solutions
• Help homeowners select the right product
• Generate leads, Close sales, and schedule installations

Requirements

• Strong communication skills
• Motivated and goal-oriented
• Comfortable working in residential neighborhoods
• Reliable transportation and valid drivers license 

No prior sales experience required. Training provided.
