Sr Customer Marketing - Modern Trade North Pacific

Are you passionate about building winning shopper strategies and driving growth with key customers? Join our Customer Marketing team as a Customer Marketing Head – Modern Trade. You’ll be responsible for leading the Customer Marketing strategy for the Modern Trade channel in Colombia, translating brand strategy and shopper insights into customer-specific plans that strengthen brand presence, increase shopper engagement and accelerate business growth.In this role, you will lead Customer Engagement Plans, identify customer and shopper opportunities, drive channel activations, and optimize Customer Marketing investments to deliver strong business results. You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain teams to ensure effective execution and alignment across the organization. This role is based in Colombia.A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing• Customer Marketing Strategy Leadership: Lead the Customer Marketing strategy and annual plans for the Modern Trade channel ( hypers , supers, cash & carry and discounters) ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer priorities.• Customer & Shopper Engagement: Develop Customer Engagement Plans based on brand, customer and shopper insights, transforming opportunities into actionable growth initiatives.• Activation & Innovation Execution: Lead shopper marketing programs, POS activations and customer marketing support for new product launches to maximize impact and visibility.• Performance & Investment Optimization: Track program performance, measure ROI and manage Customer Marketing investments to ensure effective resource allocation and business results.• Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain teams to drive strong execution, improve effectiveness and deliver customer-focused solutions.We’re Looking for Someone With• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field. MBA preferred.• 8+ years of experience in Customer Marketing, Shopper Marketing, Trade Marketing or Brand Marketing within CPG/FMCG companies.• Strong knowledge of Modern Trade / Discounters and shopper dynamics in Colombia.• Proven experience developing customer marketing, shopper activation and channel engagement strategies.• Strong analytical, project management and business acumen skills.• Experience managing marketing budgets and measuring ROI.• Excellent communication, presentation, influencing and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.What’s NextAfter you apply, your application will be reviewed by a real recruiter, so it may take us a few weeks to get back with you by email or phone.
