Key Highlights Weekly pay: $2,283–$2,404 per week Contract duration: 16 weeks Shift: 12‑hour nights (3x12) Start date: 07/06/2026 Travel assignment in a rural hospital with a 25‑bed MS Telemetry unit and progressive care capabilities Responsibilities Provide direct patient care for Medical‑Surgical Telemetry patients, including orthopedics, urology, gynecology, and general surgery Monitor cardiac telemetry, interpret basic rhythms, and respond to changes in patient condition Administer medications, start IVs, and manage standard nursing procedures within scope Document care in the electronic medical record (EPIC) and coordinate with the on‑unit hospitalist team Collaborate with CNAs/LPNs and ancillary staff; participate in rapid response, code, and IV/fall team activities as needed Support safe patient transfers to higher levels of care when clinically indicated; participate in patient education and discharge planning Requirements Active RN license in Vermont BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS required; NIHSS certification must be completed prior to start Minimum 2 years of Medical‑Surgical Telemetry nursing experience; progressive care experience preferred EPIC experience within the past 2 years Prior travel nursing experience required Availability for 12‑hour night shifts and an every‑other‑weekend schedule; floating not required Education: RN degree (ADN or BSN) as appropriate for Vermont licensure Benefits and Support 16‑week travel assignment with defined start date and clear expectations Dedicated support from Healthforce Healthcare LLC throughout the assignment Bi‑weekly orientation sessions Comprehensive scheduling with unit‑specific teamwork and hospitalist support on site #J-18808-Ljbffr Healthforce
