Responsibilities Basic Function – Assist in the day‑to‑day management of a location ensuring parking operations are handled within contractual guidelines, company policies, and procedures, fostering good client relations and promoting a professional image. Key responsibilities include: Participate in programs to improve client and customer satisfaction. Assist in managing day‑to‑day activities of assigned locations. Assist with management duties as assigned. Courtly assist customers. Assist in the maintenance and repair of parking equipment and conduct general maintenance tasks directed by the Facility Manager. Report accidents, violations, safety hazards, or unusual occurrences to the Facility Manager. Assist with cleanup of debris, water spills, oil spills, etc. Substitute for any position when necessary. Maintain thorough knowledge of all areas of the garage, major streets, landmarks, and freeways in the area. Complete other duties as needed. Qualifications Education/Experience: Minimal high school diploma or equivalent and at least a month of relevant experience or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Oral Communication: Speaks clearly, listens, provides clarification, and responds well to questions. Written Communication: Writes clearly and informatively; reads and interprets written information. Customer Service: Maintains a positive attitude; responds to requests for service and assistance. Adaptability: Adapts to changes in the work environment; deals with change, delays, or unexpected events. Judgment: Exhibits sound and accurate judgment. License Requirement: Must have and maintain a valid state‑issued driver's license, current address and acceptable driving record if expected to drive a company vehicle or on company business. Physical Demands: Must be able to sit, stand, walk, use hands and fingers; lift or move up to 25 pounds; specific vision abilities required (close vision, peripheral vision, ability to adjust focus). Frequency of duties described above. Salary and Benefits Salary Range: $21.00 per hour.
