Production Lead

Responsible for overseeing daily warehouse and production operations during assigned shifts, ensuring employee safety, productivity, quality, and operational efficiency. This position provides leadership, supports continuous improvement initiatives, and assists with shipping, inventory, and material handling activities. The hourly rate is $26.80. Key Responsibilities Lead and support employees to ensure a safe, productive, and efficient work environment. Coordinate daily activities and communicate priorities with management. Read and interpret production schedules to meet operational goals. Train and coach new and existing employees on safety procedures and work processes. Enforce company safety, quality, and manufacturing standards. Verify shipping documents for accuracy, including customer and order information. Assist with inventory cycle counts and inventory control processes. Prepare, move, organize, and handle materials to support production and shipping needs. Ensure facility security and proper operations during assigned shift hours. Perform general warehouse duties and maintain a clean, organized work area. Qualifications Previous experience in warehouse, manufacturing, logistics, or production environments preferred. Leadership or supervisory experience preferred. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to read production schedules and documentation. Knowledge of inventory control and material handling practices. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical duties including standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift. Must be able to use hand and power tools. Schedule 5:00am to 1:30pm Monday through Friday. Overtime is mandatory and must be open to working Saturdays when needed.
