Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN - ICU to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide critical care services for patients in an ICU setting, including vent-dependent patients
• Manage IV drips, IV sedation, and post-operative recoveries
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver patient-centered care
• Adapt to floating to MS Telemetry units as needed, with a ratio of 6:1
• Maintain accurate patient records using Cerner EMR
• Adhere to facility protocols and standards of care

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of Indiana
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications
• 1-2 years of critical care experience
• Proficiency in critical care skills; experience with vent-dependent patients preferred
• Must possess a current driver's license; travel requirements apply
• Ability to work nights, including every 3rd weekend; no on-call duties
