As a Client Service Representative, you will often be the first friendly face-or reassuring voice-our clients encounter. You'll play an essential role in helping cat owners feel welcomed, heard, and supported while working alongside a knowledgeable team that genuinely cares about its patients, clients, and one another. Cats Limited is an AAHA-accredited hospital and Gold Certified Cat Friendly Practice dedicated exclusively to feline medicine. Veterinary Client Service Representative Cats Limited Veterinary Hospital in West Hartford, CT $17.00 - $22.00 per hour WHAT YOU'LL DO Answers telephone calls quickly, efficiently and in a professional and friendly manner using a multi-line system Warmly greets clients Maintains appointment schedules Receives and relays client correspondence and updates client financial records Answers client's inquiries about basic animal care questions and routine procedures Educates clients on over-the-counter products such as flea and tick preventions Handles medical records entries accurately Prepares client invoices for services performed Handles payment transactions Receives and relays telephone, fax, and email messages accurately and promptly Builds rapport with clients in person and over the phone Our Comprehensive benefit package includes: Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with a total company match up to 4%, after 6 months of employment Generous paid time off and flexible scheduling Continuing education allowance and professional development support Mental Health Resources Company paid bonding leave or applicable state provided bonding leave Perks for Your Pets Too!
