Aircraft AssemblerWe are seeking an Aircraft Assembler to perform assembly, teardown, overhaul, and repair of flight-critical aircraft components. The successful candidate will work with limited supervision while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.ResponsibilitiesPerform fitting and assembly operations on aircraft components.Teardown and reassemble overhaul and repair aircraft parts.Read and interpret blueprints, operation sheets, technical specifications, and overhaul manuals.Utilize adhesives, bonding processes, and furnace-controlled operations.Focus on quality, safety, and identifying non-conformances.Essential SkillsProficiency in using hand and power tools.Experience with mechanical assembly.Ability to effectively use a tape measure.Mechanical aptitude.Attention to detail and commitment to quality.Ability to work independently with limited supervision.Effective communication and teamwork skills.Additional Skills & QualificationsAbility to troubleshoot and resolve assembly-related issues.Why Work Here?You will have the opportunity to work on flight-critical aerospace and defense programs, gain exposure to both production and overhaul/repair operations, and be part of a growing aerospace organization backed by private equity investment.
