Mechanical Assembly Technician

A.R. Mazzotta is hiring Mechanical Assemblers for a growing manufacturer in the Torrington area. Whether your experience comes from manufacturing, automotive repair, construction, maintenance, military service, or simply working on mechanical equipment, we'd like to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

• Assemble mechanical, electronic, and electro-mechanical products and components.
• Build large assemblies as well as smaller subassemblies.
• Read and follow blueprints, diagrams, work instructions, and assembly drawings.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment.
• Inspect completed assemblies to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.

What We're Looking For

• Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to work with hand and power tools.
• Experience in manufacturing, assembly, automotive repair, construction, maintenance, HVAC, electrical work, machine operation, or similar hands-on fields.
• Ability to read blueprints or work instructions is a plus.
• Dependable work ethic and strong attention to detail.
• Trade school, vocational training, military experience, or previous mechanical assembly experience is welcomed but not required.
