• Overseeing Unit Operations: Manage the daily functions of our skilled nursing facility, including staffing, scheduling, and inventory management.
• Coordinating Care: Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with our interdisciplinary team, ensuring that each resident receives the highest level of care.
• Leading and Developing Team Members: Provide guidance, support, and training to our nursing staff, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Maintaining Quality and Compliance: Ensure that our facility is in compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, maintaining a safe and clean environment for our residents and staff.
• Collaborating with Interdisciplinary Team: Work closely with our therapists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and communication.

Registered Nurse RN Qualifications:

• Valid Registered Nurse RN license in the state of Florida FL

• Must be able to pass level 2 fingerprinting with an Eligible status.
