Management and Program Analyst

DutiesEvaluate customer goals, problems, or questions to design products that meet their Core HCM or USA Staffing needs.Serve as a liaison between stakeholders and OPM product managers to ensure system requirements are accurately captured and implemented in the HCM or USA Staffing platform.Identify and document user story acceptance criteria that can be understood by testers and engineering teams.Contribute to user story progression through multiple stages of the software lifecycle (e.g., requirements development, planning, development, testing, deployment, implementation) to meet customer needs.Consult with current and potential customer agencies to identify their needs and translate them into user stories and test cases for system documentation.Conduct functional, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate system behavior against requirements.Research Tier 2 help desk issues and respond to customer inquiries.Contribute to the development of meaningful user support content.Innovate new solutions in the Federal HR space to balance user, agency and government-wide needs and priorities.
