Fractional Development Director

Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for a Director of Development (Fractional) for a nationally recognized, mission-driven nonprofit organization advancing research, education, and patient advocacy within the healthcare sector. This is a remote, part-time contractual position (10–12 hours/week) with occasional travel as needed.POSITION OVERVIEWThe Director of Development will provide strategic fundraising leadership to strengthen and expand a growing national nonprofit's revenue streams. Reporting to the Executive Director, this role will design and guide a comprehensive development strategy with a focus on corporate partnerships, major gifts, and grant funding.
