Assembly Worker

AssemblerAssemble custom light fixtures using hand, air, and power tools while following work instructions and quality standards in a team-based production environment.Responsibilities:Assemble, wire, and connect fixture components.Follow blueprints and work instructions.Perform quality inspections and ensure safety standards.Operate and assist with basic maintenance of production equipment.Work as part of a small assembly team to complete production steps.Support process improvements and assist other departments as needed.Requirements:1+ year of manufacturing or assembly experience.Experience using hand tools and measuring tools (calipers, micrometers).Ability to read work instructions and blueprints.High School Diploma or GED.Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 45 lbs.Reliable attendance and positive team attitude.Why Join Us?Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-2:30 PM schedule.Climate-controlled, clean work environment.Health benefits, 401(k) match, PTO, paid holidays, and bonuses.Growth opportunities, cross-training, and annual pay reviews.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of San Antonio, TX.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.50/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
