Job Description We are partnering with a growing, relationship-driven insurance and investment services firm to hire an Insurance Admin Representative . This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, adaptable, and thrives in an outgoing, collaborative environment. Responsibilities Perform a high volume of data entry and clerical support related to insurance policies and accounts. Work within comparative rating systems to gather and enter insurance data into an integrated agency management system. Maintain and manage logins and workflows across 30+ insurance carriers. Process policy changes, endorsements, and claims filings. Ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation, prioritizing precision over speed. Collect and document client investment‑related details. Use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) for basic documentation and communication. Support team members with additional administrative tasks as needed. Demonstrate a willingness to help and go the extra mile when priorities demand. Essential Skills Administrative and technical skills. Data entry experience. Basic MS Office Skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications Insurance industry knowledge. Operational experience. Work Environment The work schedule is Monday through Thursday from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM and Friday from 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM. The environment is collaborative and detail-oriented, prioritizing precision over speed. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of De Pere, WI. Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr.
