Qualifications 5+ years of experience in customer service, sales support, or sales operations Experience in manufacturing or technical product environments preferred Strong communication, multitasking, and problem‑solving skills Professional phone and email etiquette Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment Strong data entry, reporting, and organizational abilities Open to moving out of state in 1 - 3 years with a promotion Job Duties Manage incoming customer calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional and timely manner Prepare and process customer quotes, orders, and order revisions Maintain accurate customer, sales, and opportunity data within HubSpot CRM Support sales reporting and maintain related documentation and records Coordinate shipping, invoicing, and order fulfillment activities with internal teamsResolve customer questions, order issues, and delivery concerns promptly Communicate with distributors regarding orders, product availability, and updates Coordinate inventory, backorders, and delivery schedules to meet customer expectations Support marketing initiatives, trade shows, and promotional events Collaborate with sales, operations, and customer service teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience Maintain organized records and perform additional administrative duties as assigned Why This Job?
