Lead by example while serving guests and supporting your team. Act as the person in charge; handle daily operations, guest satisfaction, and team deployment. Oversee front‑of‑house operations , ensuring a clean, efficient, and welcoming environment. Deliver exceptional hospitality , resolve guest issues promptly, and make every visit a great experience. Coach and motivate team members in real time to uphold Luna Grill’s standards. Support with inventory counts, shift recaps, and basic administrative tasks. Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain service flow and food quality. Maintain compliance with all safety, sanitation, and labor policies . What We’re Looking For We’re looking for leaders who thrive in fast‑paced, people‑centered environments: 2+ years of restaurant supervisory or leadership role in a high volume or fast casual environment required Must be 18 years or older Strong communicator and problem solver Hands‑on leader who leads by example Excellent at multitasking, organizing, and coaching under pressure Bilingual in English/Spanish a plus Flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays Why Join Luna Grill?
