• End Date/Duration: Ongoing / as per assignment
• Shift: M-F 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM and/or 7 on 7 off model with occasional weekends
• Hours/week: Full-time
• Employment Type: Contract / Per diem
• Licenses/Certifications: Active NC License, NC DEA
• Experience: Previous inpatient cardiology APP experience, Cerner EMR proficiency

What You’ll Do

• Conduct inpatient rounding and patient consultations in a cardiology setting
• Support cardiologists with inpatient management and consults
• Navigate and document in Cerner EMR accurately
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop patient care plans
• Assist with daily unit operations and patient care coordination in inpatient settings
• Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and policies

What You Need

Required:

• Active NC License and NC DEA
• Prior inpatient cardiology APP experience
• Proficiency with Cerner EMR
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Preferred:

• Experience supporting cardiologists in a hospital setting
• Flexibility with shift schedules and occasional weekend work
