About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President for Programs and Services to join their dedicated team. The successful candidate will be an integral leader, supervising and managing employees, and overseeing the administrative and residential care programs. This role is deeply rooted in the values of the organization, which is centered on providing a safe, structured environment for young men to experience healing, earn an education, and learn respect through Christ-centered discipleship. The Vice President will be responsible for the day-to-day programs and services, including the implementation of performance appraisals, staff training, and fostering a positive, Christ-like atmosphere. They will also be involved in the campus management, ensuring the well-being of both staff and residents, and upholding the organization's mission and values. Candidates for the Vice President position should ideally have a master’s degree in a relevant field, with a strong preference for those with 2 years' of experience in residential child-care or related services. A background in leadership, non-profit management, education, or ministry is highly valued. The role requires a candidate with 3-5 years' of experience in managing people and teams, as well as the ability to live near the ranch and be available for on-call duties. Knowledge of TBRI® practices, familiarity with agricultural and ranching lifestyles, and the ability to hold or be eligible for a Licensed Child Care Administrator (LCCA) license are also essential. The ideal candidate will possess skills in pastoral shepherding, strategic program development, and event planning, and will be a natural trust-builder with a goal-oriented vision for executing the organization's mission.
