Position Type Part Time Pay Rate $21.00 / Hour Job Schedule Day Time Sat 09:00 AM - 03:00 PM Sun 09:00 AM - 01:00 PM What You'll Do Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and appropriate emergency response activities in a healthcare setting. Screen patients, visitors, and contractors entering the facility in accordance with site-specific access-control procedures, including verifying identification and directing individuals to appropriate areas. Observe and report unusual activity, prohibited items, and potential security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established healthcare facility procedures. Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned entrances, screening areas, and surrounding perimeter to help deter unauthorized access and support a welcoming environment. Minimum Requirements Have at least 1 year of security-related experience. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
