Field Sales Representative

Sales Representative – Wheat Ridge, Colorado As a TruGreen Field Sales Representative, you’ll be the welcoming face in the neighborhood, meeting homeowners face‑to‑face to introduce them to the benefits of personalized lawn care solutions. Responsibilities Engage with homeowners through door‑to‑door outreach to understand their needs and deliver custom lawn care solutions. Customize sales messaging to match the unique lawn care needs of each household. Turn prospects from “just looking” into “just signed” using proven sales methodology. Log interactions and track performance using a CRM. Cross‑sell and upsell to show customers how to level up their lawns. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Strong communication skills and a self‑starter mindset. Comfortable with technology and mobile devices. Physically able to walk, stand, and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds outdoors. English fluency in speaking, reading, and writing. Must be physically located within the United States while performing this job. Perks & Benefits Competitive base pay plus uncapped commissions.
