Position Overview
We are looking for a motivated and people-focused Customer Service & Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this fully remote, 100% commission-based role, you'll engage with clients, guide them through the insurance process, and provide top-tier service and support. If you're passionate about helping people and looking for a performance-driven opportunity, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities
- Respond to client inquiries with professionalism and care
- Educate potential and current clients on insurance options
- Conduct virtual consultations to assess needs and recommend coverage
- Follow up on leads and maintain strong client relationships
- Maintain accurate records using CRM tools
- Provide post-sale support to ensure client satisfaction
- Collaborate with team members and participate in ongoing training

Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service, sales, or call center experience is a plus
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM platforms
- Life & Health Insurance License (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
