Position Title: Customer Service / Sales Support Representative 

Pay: Commensurate with experience

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, In-Person

Job Description

MPC is seeking a friendly, detail-oriented, and organized Customer Service / Sales Support Representative to join our team. This full-time, in-person, and sometimes fast-paced position is essential to our continued success. You will work directly with one or more of our sales representatives, assisting with various administrative tasks, including order entry and follow-up, as well as maintaining regular communication with customers, vendors, and colleagues. Your mission is to strengthen our client relationships by fostering a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities & Duties – Include, but are not limited to:

• Order Processing – order entry and follow-up
• Communication with customers, verbal and written – answer client questions regarding their order, ask clarifying questions when needed
• Communication with vendors, verbal and written – submit purchase orders for processing and regularly follow-up to ensure timely completion
• Communication with internal sales representatives and colleagues, verbal and written – act as a liaison between sales representatives and other internal teams

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior customer service experience is required
• Strong interpersonal skills – must be able to communicate clearly and work efficiently with others
• Time management and organizational skills – this role is fast paced at times
• Reliable work ethic, attention to detail, and a friendly, team-oriented attitude
• Computer literacy – proficiency in Microsoft Office, Experience with NetSuite (CRM Software) is a plus
