Key Responsibilities

• Respond to internet leads promptly and professionally
• Build rapport with prospective customers through phone, email, text, and digital communication
• Understand customer needs and guide them toward the right vehicles and next steps
• Provide accurate, helpful information regarding inventory, vehicle features, and availability
• Set and confirm appointments while creating a strong handoff to the showroom sales team
• Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects and previous customers
• Support dealership sales campaigns and outreach efforts with professionalism and attention to detail
• Stay informed on current inventory, product updates, and competitive models
• Coordinate closely with sales leadership and team members to support performance and customer satisfaction

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A polished, professional presence and strong customer-service instincts
• Strong organization, time management, and multitasking ability
• A motivated, goal-oriented mindset with a desire to grow and improve
• Confidence using technology and everyday business software, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Strong follow-through, attention to detail, and personal accountability
• Valid drivers license
