Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Intern

Schneider Electric has an exciting opportunity for an Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Intern at our Columbia, Missouri location for the Fall 2026 semester. This is a part-time, onsite position that requires the ideal candidate to be located in the general area. As an Environmental, Health & Safety Engineer Intern, you will have the following responsibilities:

• Risk assessment and job hazard analysis
• Development of site-specific safety trainings
• Digitization of EHS documents
• Projects around top 5 hazards
• Lead 5s safety initiatives
• Ergonomic assessments
• Behavior-Based safety
• Environmental sustainability champion
• Site green team champion
• Other projects as needed working alongside seasoned professionals
