About the Position

AlliedTravelCareers is working with United Health Care Staffing to find a qualified Occupational Therapist (OT) in Hayward, California, 94546!

• Evaluate patients’ physical, cognitive, and functional abilities
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Assist patients in improving activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Monitor patient progress and adjust therapy plans as needed
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Requirements

• Active California OT License (Required)
• Minimum 1 year of OT experience preferred
• SNF or Post-Acute Care experience preferred
• Current BLS Certification (Required)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
