This role involves working within an inpatient rehab unit, providing high-quality care to post-stroke, surgical, and medical patients requiring increased therapy. Key Responsibilities of the RN - Med Surg - Travel

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in an inpatient rehab setting
• Administer medications and perform procedures for post-stroke, neuro, ortho, and medical patients
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
• Ensure proper use of the Meditech EMR for documentation
• Adhere to rotating shift requirements and floating policy as needed

Requirements of the RN - Med Surg - Travel

• Current BLS certification
• Preferred CRRN certification
• ACLS or PALS certification is a plus
• Basic Dysthymia class completed is advantageous
