General Information
Unit Specifics:
· Number of Beds – 16
· Number of Staff – 20
· Type of staff:
o Day Shift – (1 Charge 1-2 other RN's)
o Night Shift – (1 Point person 1-2 other RN's)
o 1 LPN each shift if full at 15/16 patients
o 1 PCT each shift if full at 15/16 patients
o No PIC
· Type of equipment : Type of equipment – Welch Allens
· Documentation system: EMR -Meditech
· Scheduling requirements: 3 12 hour shifts- rotating every 3rd weekend
· Floating policy: any medical floor
· Patient Experience requirements: rehab documentation knowledge is preferred

Must have:
· BLS
Advanced skills needed:
· ACLS or PALS – nice to have
· Basic Dysthymia class – nice to have
Procedures performed on unit:
· Post stroke patients
· Surgical patients (neuro or ortho)
· Medical patients that need increased therapy
Certifications Required: preferred CRRN certification
Dress Code: (Required uniform)
· Scrub Color/Attire - Royal blue top and bottom and/or could have black scrub bottoms
