Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team, This is a part time position (few hours per week) focusing on providing comprehensive care to geriatric patients. Maintenance patient care with essential administrative responsibilities to ensure effective treatment planning and patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for geriatric patients
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care
- Conduct patient assessments to monitor progress and adjust interventions
- Manage administrative tasks to document patient care and treatment plans
Preferred Qualifications
- Entry-level experience in occupational therapy
- Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT)
- Proficient in patient assessment techniques
