We are looking for a bilingual detail-oriented individual to manage client relationships and support account operations in Richmond, Virginia. This role combines customer-focused account management with strong administrative and financial coordination, helping clients receive timely service while maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate is fluent in Spanish and English, communicates effectively across teams, and brings a detail-oriented approach to billing, documentation, and account support.

Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with clients by serving as a dependable point of contact for day-to-day account needs.
• Identify opportunities to expand existing business, support renewals, and contribute to long-term client retention through responsive service.
• Create account strategies that reflect client priorities and connect them with the organization’s available products or services.
• Address questions, billing concerns, and service issues promptly by coordinating with internal departments to reach effective solutions.
• Work closely with teams such as sales, finance, customer support, and operations to ensure account activity is handled accurately and efficiently.
• Process invoices, support accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks, and help keep financial information current and organized.
• Enter and maintain client, billing, and account data in company records and systems with a high level of accuracy.
• Prepare reports on account activity, service performance, and client communications to support decision-making and follow-up.
• Provide Spanish-language communication and translation support when assisting clients or clarifying account-related information.• At least 2 years of experience in account management, customer account support, or a related business function.
• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English, including the ability to communicate clearly in both written and verbal formats.
• Practical experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoice handling, and accurate data entry.
• Proficiency with QuickBooks and confidence working with account records and financial documentation.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client needs and deadlines effectively.
• Problem-solving ability and sound judgment when responding to client concerns or coordinating resolutions.
• Clear, detail-oriented communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
