Remote Scheduling Coordinator

To support patient access to healthcare services, the remote part-time Scheduling Coordinator will manage inbound and outbound calls, schedule a minimum of 20 patients daily for diagnostic sleep testing, and coordinate with clinical teams to ensure service availability. Key responsibilities Conduct heavy phone work to schedule appointments and obtain patient history Educate patients on sleep testing processes and verify insurance prior to scheduling Collaborate with physicians and insurance providers to address and resolve issues Required qualifications 1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in a medical setting High school diploma or GED; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred Strong multitasking and computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Exceptional telephone communication skills and a professional demeanor Virtual Vocations Inc
