Pharmacy Manager - Home Infusion

Our client is one of the nation's largest home infusion pharmacy networks, providing infusion and injectable therapies for patients with chronic and acute conditions through a network of locally owned pharmacies and infusion centers. Founded in 1986, the company has expanded to more than 160 locations across the United States. It focuses on delivering safe, convenient, and cost-effective infusion care in the home, clinic, or alternate care settings. Job Summary Our client is seeking a Pharmacy Manager / Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC) & Operator to lead a growing home infusion pharmacy. This individual will oversee pharmacy operations, regulatory compliance, patient care, business growth, and team leadership while helping build and scale the business throughout the region. Key Responsibilities Serve as the Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC) for the pharmacy. Ensure compliance with all state, federal, USP, and accreditation standards. Oversee sterile compounding, dispensing, inventory, quality assurance, and pharmacy operations. Review and verify medication orders for clinical accuracy and patient safety. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, case managers, payors, and referral sources. Provide patient counseling and clinical support for home infusion therapies. Help develop and grow the Lebanon, NH operation. Build relationships with hospitals, providers, specialty clinics, and community partners. Recruit, train, mentor, and lead pharmacy staff. Drive operational efficiency, patient satisfaction, and business growth initiatives. Qualifications Active New Hampshire Pharmacist license (or ability to obtain before start). Eligible to serve as Pharmacist-in-Charge under NH Board of Pharmacy regulations. Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations, sterile compounding, and regulatory compliance. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to help build and grow a business. Preferred Experience 5+ years of pharmacy experience. Previous experience as a PIC, Pharmacy Manager, Director of Pharmacy, or Supervising Pharmacist. Home infusion, specialty pharmacy, hospital pharmacy, or ambulatory infusion experience. Experience with biologics, IV antibiotics, immunoglobulin therapy, or parenteral nutrition. Experience launching or growing pharmacy operations is a plus.
