Location: Seekonk, MA Pay Rate: $23.00 per hour Shift: Monday – Thursday | 1st Shift

Machines Don't Run Without You. Every shop needs someone to run the machines — and that's where you come in. As a Machine Operator, you'll keep production rolling while cashing steady paychecks.

Bring to the Table:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production or warehouse environment
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed
• Strong communication, reading, and basic math skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the workday
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic preferred

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate Muller Martini 335 and 321 saddle stitching equipment
• Adjust machinery based on job specifications, including paper size, stitch count, and binding requirements
• Perform routine inspections, cleaning, maintenance, and minor repairs on bindery equipment
• Replace worn parts and troubleshoot equipment issues as needed
• Assist with various bindery operations and production tasks to support workflow efficiency
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment
• Ensure finished products meet quality standards and production specifications
