Shift Differentials: Evenings +$3/hr, Nights +$6/hr
Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 (paid in installments over 24 months)

She Recruits is seeking a skilled Clinical Pharmacist to join a high-acuity, fast-paced hospital pharmacy team. This position plays an essential role in providing accurate, evidence-based pharmacotherapy and clinical support for patients across multiple service lines. The ideal candidate is dependable, clinically sharp, experienced in acute care, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic hospital environment.

Role Overview:
The Clinical Pharmacist supports daily clinical and operational pharmacy functions, ensuring safe, effective, and timely medication use. Responsibilities include order interpretation, compounding and dispensing, medication therapy monitoring, pharmacokinetic evaluations, and providing drug information to clinical teams and patients. This role participates in core pharmacy programs such as anticoagulant monitoring, renal dosing, IV-to-PO conversions, nutrition support, and pain management. The Pharmacist also supervises pharmacy technicians, contributes to quality improvement initiatives, and documents all interventions accurately.

Key Responsibilities:
• Interpret and verify medication orders and enter them into the pharmacy system accurately
• Compound, prepare, and dispense medications safely and efficiently
• Monitor drug therapy for interactions, allergies, contraindications, and appropriateness
• Support formulary management and promote rational drug selection
• Provide timely and accurate drug information to physicians, nurses, and patients
• Perform clinical pharmacy services including pharmacokinetics, renal dosing, anticoagulant monitoring, and related consults
• Document interventions, medication errors, and adverse drug reactions
• Assist with medication distribution and supervise pharmacy operations
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes

Qualifications:
• PharmD or BS in Pharmacy from an ACPE-accredited program
• Active Florida Pharmacist License in good standing
• Must have recent acute hospital experience within the last year
• Preferred: 1+ year of hospital pharmacy experience or completion of PGY-1 residency
• Strong preference for candidates with previous HCA experience
• Ability to work independently in a high-acuity, fast-paced hospital environment
• Excellent communication and clinical decision-making skills

Schedule Options:
• Mixed Shift: 6:00 AM-4:30 PM & 9:30 AM-8:00 PM
• Night Shift (7 on / 7 off): Wednesday-Tuesday, 8:00 PM-6:30 AM
