Job Description As a Security Officer Digital Incident Patrol in Glendale, CA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, respond to security-related concerns, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $20.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon11:45 AM - 06:15 PMTue11:45 AM - 06:15 PMWed11:45 AM - 06:15 PMThur11:45 AM - 06:15 PMFri11:45 AM - 06:15 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to students, staff, visitors, and community members by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate. Conduct regular and random patrols of school buildings, classrooms, parking areas, athletic facilities, walkways, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual conditions or unauthorized activity. Respond to incidents, alarms, student-related concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures and contacting appropriate personnel as needed. Monitor access points and visitor activity, assist with directing guests, and report access-control concerns in accordance with site policies. Document observations, incidents, and patrol activities accurately and communicate relevant information to school administration and Allied Universal supervision. Minimum Requirements: Customer service experience is preferred. Possession of a guard card or license is preferred. Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
