Family Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant - Spanish Required

Position Summary
We are seeking a qualified and compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages.
Key Responsibilities
- Obtain patient medical histories and perform physical examinations.
- Assess patient conditions and develop appropriate treatment plans.
- Perform or assist with laboratory tests and screening procedures.
- Recognize medical conditions requiring physician consultation or intervention.
Required Qualifications
- Active California license as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA).
- Active Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) registration.
- Professional liability insurance.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
Special Requirements
- Valid California driver's license.
- Reliable transportation for work-related travel.
- Valid automobile insurance.
- Successful completion of a background check.
- Required vaccination and immunization documentation for:
- Tuberculosis (TB)
- Measles, Mumps, and Rubella (MMR)
- Tetanus, Diphtheria, and Pertussis (Tdap)
- Influenza
- COVID-19
