Clinical Supervisor

Our organization, HWS Best Health Counseling, is seeking a dedicated individual for the role of Clinical Supervisor Responsibilities Essential Functions Supervision and Leadership: Provide clinical supervision and guidance to a team of mental health clinicians, including therapists, counselors, and other behavioral health professionals. Foster a positive and collaborative team culture that encourages professional development and continuous improvement. Conduct regular supervision meetings, case consultations, and performance evaluations. Clinical Oversight: Ensure adherence to ethical and legal standards in the provision of mental health services. Monitor and evaluate the quality of clinical assessments, treatment plans, and interventions to ensure they align with best practices and evidence-based approaches. Review and approve documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Training and Development: Provide ongoing training and professional development opportunities for the clinical team. Stay abreast of the latest research, developments, and best practices in the field of mental health to incorporate into clinical supervision and training. Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with other department leaders, interdisciplinary teams, and external partners to enhance the overall effectiveness of mental health services. Facilitate open and effective communication channels within the clinical team. Program Improvement: Participate in program evaluation and quality improvement initiatives. Identifies areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance the overall effectiveness and efficiency of mental health services. Additional Duties: Provide 15 hours of direct clinical services, at minimum, per week. Other duties, as assigned. Qualifications: Education/Experience Maintain an unencumbered clinical license in the State of Ohio (LSW, LISW, LPC, LPCC, LMFT or LIMFT). A master's or doctoral degree in mental health, counseling, psychology, or social work. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence‑based therapeutic interventions. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to provide constructive feedback and support professional growth. Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards. Demonstrated leadership and team‑building abilities. Terms of Employment Hours: 40 hoursper week Work Schedule/Working Conditions: Hybrid schedule (primarily working in community‑based settings such as schools, office, client’s home, homeless shelters, etc.), Monday‑Friday, 8:30am‑5pm (may require occasional odd hours and on‑call) Reports to: Director of Clinical Services #J-18808-Ljbffr HWS Best Health LLC
