NERC Compliance Engineering Analyst - Power Generation
Constellation Energy
Constellation Energy is seeking an Engineering Analyst, NERC Compliance to support reliability and regulatory compliance across our power generation portfolio. In this role, you will interpret and apply NERC, FERC, and regional reliability standards, perform technical analyses on system performance, and assist with audits, self-certifications, and mitigation plans. You will maintain evidence, documentation, and compliance tracking tools, partner with plant engineering and operations teams to implement controls, and support risk assessments, root cause analyses, and continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-paced, innovative energy environment.
