What You’ll Love About This Position Approximately 12 shifts per month Full benefits eligibility Predictable block-style scheduling More non-working days than traditional Monday–Friday provider roles Daytime hospital-based rounding only Minimal after-hours phone-only call No ICU management No procedures No admissions or discharges No controlled substance prescribing Protocol-driven care model Structured onboarding, training, and mentorship (for both new grads and experienced APP’s) Collaborative consultative practice environment Schedule/Shift Availability Monday + Tuesday + Every Other Weekend Thursday + Friday + Every Other Weekend Compensation $101,400 - 106,080 annually In addition to your base salary, you will earn uncapped monthly bonuses based on RVU production.
