We are currently seeking a Technical Solutions Arch. Sr. Analyst to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).

The Engineer is responsible for administration, monitoring, troubleshooting, and support of Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) services. The role includes certificate lifecycle management, Certificate Authority (CA) administration, incident resolution, security compliance, and support for enterprise authentication, encryption, and digital certificate services.

Key Responsibilities

PKI Administration

• Manage and support enterprise PKI infrastructure.
• Administer Root CA and Issuing CAs.
• Configure and maintain certificate templates.
• Manage certificate enrollment and auto-enrollment.
• Support certificate issuance, renewal, revocation, and recovery.

Certificate Lifecycle Management

• Monitor certificate expiration and renewal activities.
• Troubleshoot certificate enrollment failures.
• Handle SSL/TLS certificate requests and installations.
• Manage code-signing, client authentication, and server certificates.
• Maintain Certificate Revocation Lists (CRL) and Online Certificate Status Protocol (OCSP) services.

Incident & Problem Management

• Investigate and resolve PKI-related incidents.
• Troubleshoot authentication and certificate trust issues.
• Support escalations from L1 support teams.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring issues.
• Ensure incidents are resolved within SLA.

Security & Compliance

• Enforce PKI security policies and standards.
• Support audit and compliance requirements.
• Maintain certificate inventories and documentation.
• Participate in security reviews and vulnerability remediation.

Infrastructure Support

• Monitor CA server health and availability.
• Perform PKI backup and recovery operations.
• Support PKI upgrades, patching, and maintenance activities.
• Assist with disaster recovery planning and testing.

Integration Support

• Support integration with:
• Active Directory
• Web servers (IIS, Apache, Nginx)
• VPN solutions
• Network devices
• IAM and PAM solutions
• Cloud platforms
