Contract (8 or 13 weeks available) | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Weekends Required | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Medical Surgical setting during night shift hours
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for assigned patients
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
• Adhere to facility compliance standards including scheduling and time-off policies
• Maintain active, unrestricted Arkansas RN license (or compact equivalent) throughout the duration of the assignment

Required Qualifications

• Active Arkansas RN license or multi-state compact license — must be in hand at time of submission
• Minimum of 2 years of Registered Nurse experience
• BLS certification required
• No hits or restrictions of any kind on nursing license
• Must not have been a staff employee at this facility within the past 5 years
• Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible — local candidates are not accepted
• Requested time off must be minimal (under 1 week) and submitted at time of application; no blocked scheduling

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience preferred, though not required
• Familiarity with Med-Surg patient populations and high-acuity environments
