Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Weekends Required | 8 or 13 Week Contract Available

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical unit during night shift hours
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for assigned patients
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure positive patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient status and interventions
• Adhere to facility policies, protocols, and compliance standards throughout the assignment

Required Qualifications

• Active Arkansas RN license or valid compact RN license — must be in hand at time of submission
• BLS certification required
• Minimum of 2 years of RN experience required
• Clean license required — no disciplinary actions or license hits of any kind will be accepted
• Must not have been a staff employee at this facility within the past 5 years
• Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible — local candidates will not be accepted

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience preferred
• Familiarity with Medical Surgical patient populations and workflows
